Prices indicated in the catalog are including VAT and excluding delivery costs. 
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the validation process of your order. They are defined according to the weight of the package, its volume, and the delivery area, which you will indicate when ordering.
Your order leaves our workshops within 48 hours (working days) after receipt of payment and subject to product availability.
Depending on the locations of delivery, our orders are shipped by different suppliers: DPD, Fedex, La Poste. From time of picking up of your packages, you are delivered to the address which you will have indicated from 24 hours to 5 days. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be given to you. Please contact the carrier using the contact details provided to you or contact us for any concerns or delay in delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, but remain at your disposal for any assistance and information.
